Once upon a time, order fulfillment was so inconsistent even Santa couldn’t be counted on to deliver what you asked for. That’s tough for a business, especially when fulfilling the role of Santa.

Just in Time fulfillment means we prepare orders at the moment when the truck arrives. It requires a well-oiled and well-staffed warehouse. The advantage is it saves you money because staff and warehouse space are not tied up if a truck is late or fails to arrive on time. 

Whether we prepare shipments up to 24 hours in advance, or “Just in Time” we perform all the same functions either way. That includes pulling, counting, inspecting for damage, applying or adding bar codes if missing, recording SKUs to adjust inventory, light assembly, packaging, and kitting.

“Kitting” is the compilation of related components to form a “kit” in a single, ready-to-ship box. An example would be a set of automotive fog lights, a generic electrical harness, and a set of mounting brackets. The kitting process is streamlined by the shelving of related products in proximity to each other.

Everything is recorded and the tracking information is forwarded to you and as well as any customers awaiting fulfillment of the order. We can also handle returns and restocks efficiently.
