Please present the following identification at the time of pickup:

Recipient: Government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport or military ID.
Recipient's Representative: Company ID or a letter authorizing shipment release.

You must present a valid order number in order to pick up shipments or to inquire about the status of a shipment. Please contact your supplier for a valid order number.

To ensure that your shipment is ready when you arrive, please contact the shipping office at (214) 703-1030 to verify that we have received your order information and that we have had sufficient processing time.
